Yesterday was a chilly pre-winter day touring Kagawong River with the grade 8 class of Little Current Public School. We planted some more trees and did an educational walk up (and down) the stream. Many salmon still on route spawning and many have now died, showing the circle of life as intended for these amazing creatures. This group was extremely quiet and behaved showing much interest and participation on this adventure, always a fun tour and of course, providing ample business to the local chocolate store.
