| | Students at Assiginack Public School are raising brook trout from the egg stage to small fry and are going to be releasing them into Norton's Creek. This is a great educational tool for the students to learn about the various developmental life stages of brook trout. They also become class scientists by helping to monitor the water temperature, pH, oxygen levels and water clarity. Great job everyone! |
