Last week we connected with College Boreal to complete electro-fishing assessments on our stream restoration projects. These assessments help identify species in the water either before or after stages of restoration. For most of these students, our projects are their first attempt at hands on electro-fishing.
This partnership not only helps them further their education, it also helps with tracking information we would otherwise have to come up with funds for. Thank you to Andre and his class for assisting us!
