In late October 2009 Manitoulin Streams had an electro-fishing survey conducted on several sites. The surveys allow Manitoulin Streams to illustrate what impact the stream rehabilitation is having. These fish were lightly shocked with an electric current, which temporarily stuns them. They are then measured, identified and released back into the water.
