We gathered behind the arena for a blessing and teaching on the importance of water. We then split up to clean up different portions of the river. It was amazing what we found and the hard work put in by the volunteers removing it. The students of Lakeview School and their teacher Connie Freeman have spearheaded the restoration efforts on this river to improve the water quality, fish and aquatic habitat. Kudos to all of those that helped out!
